Consumer & Retail Industry Insider Feedback

Conduct focus groups among consumers to refine top concepts and reaction to prototypes for further development. Review ideas with thought leaders and retail executives to seek input.

Ethnographic Research

During the development stage, use in-home research to gauge reactions and identify any refinements. Conduct performance testing (ergonomics, fragrance, taste).

Launch ⇢

Confirmatory Quantitative Testing

Test finished product and packaging to determine that final product has same or higher purchase appeal score as earlier concepts. Repeat performance testing to final product.
