Laura has nearly 20 years of executive business experience, working in strategy, marketing and innovation within the consumer goods industry.
 
Laura spent nearly a decade at Brown-Forman where she led marketing for several branded portfolios and managed the global innovation team for Brown-Forman’s $3B business.  During her time in Brown-Forman’s Corporate Strategy team, Laura worked closely with the C-suite to set the company’s 10 Year Business Growth Plan and first Global Marketing Strategy. 
 
Her prior experience at Deloitte Consulting and Yum Brands earned her early credentials in strategic thinking and identifying opportunities for growth.  Through her corporate career and since starting her own business, she has led the development and launch of numerous new products including Sonoma Cider, a vodka brand targeted to women (which achieved over 30,000 cases in its first 6 months), Chambord Liqueur trademark extensions, Little Black Dress Wines (which achieved 100,000+ cases in its first year and was recognized as“Best New Wine of 2007” according to Market Watch), and KFC’s highly successful Snacker sandwich and the introduction of “Grilled” menu offerings.
 
Today, Laura works inside companies large and small, across a wide variety of industries, helping leaders set their strategies for growth and successfully cascade and implement growth initiatives throughout client organizations.
